
ANCHERONA
Diese Auswahl an Chardonnay- und Sauvignon-Blanc-Trauben ist der beste Beweis dafür, dass ein hervorragender Weißwein auch in einem Gebiet hergestellt werden kann, das traditionell dem Anbau roter Trauben vorbehalten ist. Der Chardonnay, der in voller Reife geerntet wird, sorgt für Struktur und Komplexität, der Sauvignon hingegen für Frische und Säure. Die kleinen Fässer aus französischer Eiche, in denen ein Teil des Weins über einen Zeitraum von etwa neun Monaten fermentiert und gelagert wird, verleihen dem Wein eine angenehme und unaufdringliche Röstnote.
